We hope you will be very happy with your Jewellery, we make every single piece with love and care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange (where stock is available) or refund within 14 calendar days (starting the day you receive the item).

If by any chance the ordered size doesn’t fit we’re pleased to offer a free resizing up to 14 days after purchase. Packaging and posting the item to us is at customer’s expense.

For a refund, LaTour items should be returned in its original packaging and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. Please contact us info@ltlatour.com for further details. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund minus the delivery charge (if any). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

We are unable to take responsibility for any items return to us so we recommend you use an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method.

Please note the cost of shipping is not refundable, where your order qualifies for free shipping we will take the cost of shipping before a refund is issued. To avoid fraud, the refund will be issued by the same method which you paid.
