Measure your wrist with a tape measure, string or paper strip.

Note where the two ends meet and place the tape on a ruler to get your measurement. This is the actual size of your wrist, not the size of your bracelet.

To ensure that the band fits comfortably, we recommend that you add 1 cm (0.4 inch) to your wrist size. Please see our Size Guide page.

When your bracelet is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number, it is possible that the email has ended up in the spam folder. If this is not the case, please email us at info@ltlatour.com so that we can track your order and give you full details of its status.

To preserve the original beauty of your jewellery over time, we recommend the following precautions:

Gently wipe your bracelet with a soft cloth to preserve its shine.

Avoid contact with perfume, alcohol or any chemical substance that may be corrosive.

Take off your jewellery before going to bed, swimming or any other sporting activity. Keep it away from sources of intense heat, and avoid long exposure to the sun.

After wearing, store your bracelet individually in its original packaging to avoid oxidation.

If you have changed your mind (model or size) or are not completely satisfied with your order, refunds and exchanges are possible within 14 days of shipment. Only items in their original condition, i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed and/or undamaged, will be refundable or exchangeable, depending on available stock.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, and shipped from our workshop.

Your custom made bracelet takes 1-2 working days to create and is then prepared for shipping.

We use Bpost & UPS International with tracking, which takes between 1 and 7 working days (depending on the country of destination).
